Aprobación de la Cofinanciación de Proyectos . El Administrador del Fondo Especial Cuota de Fomento, con base en el orden de prioridad de los proyectos elegibles establecido por la Unidad de Planeación Minero-Energética, UPME, aprobará las solicitudes de cofinanciación con sujeción a los parámetros establecidos en el artículo 15 del presente decreto y ordenará el giro de los recursos.
