Las disposiciones de este capítulo no se refieren a los resguardos o comunidades de indígenas; pero si dentro de una comunidad existe un resguardo, se debe hacer por los árbitros la debida separación.

El auto de los árbitros sobre este punto es apelable por el que tenga la personería del resguardo, en el efecto suspensivo, para ante el Tribunal Superior.
