Créase un fondo cuenta dentro de la Defensoría del Pueblo, como un sistema separado de cuentas, para el manejo de los recursos provenientes de las donaciones, aportes y recursos que destinen las organizaciones y entidades privadas y públicas, nacionales y extranjeras, así como sus rendimientos, para el manejo y la promoción de las actividades asignadas a la Comisión de Búsqueda y de las autoridades judiciales establecidas en el artículo 1º de esta ley.
