Obligaciones anteriores a la fecha de incautación . En el evento de que el bien objeto de venta tenga obligaciones pendientes, causadas con anterioridad a la fecha de su incautación, el comprador asumirá en adición al valor de la venta, el monto de dichas obligaciones hasta la fecha de su pago. Es obligación de los promotores informar a los interesados la existencia de las obligaciones pendientes que correrán por cuenta del comprador.
