El Gobierno, por conducto del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, en su carácter de supremo administrador de los bienes nacionales de uso público, reglamentará cuando lo estime conveniente de oficio o a petición de parte interesada el aprovechamiento de cualquier corriente o depósito de aguas nacionales así como las derivaciones que beneficien varios predios y empresas industriales.
