Expedientes pensionales y laborales . La custodia y administración de los archivos laborales de los liquidados Distritos de Obras Públicas del entonces Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte, continuarán a cargo del Instituto Nacional de Vías (Invías); por lo tanto, este deberá expedir las certificaciones de historia laboral que le requieran. La custodia y administración de los expedientes pensionales de dichos Distritos de Obras Públicas, luego de asumida la función pensional por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (Ugpp), estará a cargo de dicha Unidad.
