Las expresiones Mutual, Mutualidades, Socorros Mutuos y Auxilio Mutuo sólo podrán ser usadas por las asociaciones mutualistas. A Los terceros que infrinjan esta norma o que se aprovechen de los derechos y prerrogativas que la Ley conceda a las asociaciones mutualistas, se les aplicarán las sanciones previstas en las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.
