Autorizaciones para exportaciones. Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo 81 de la Constitución Nacional, no se exigirán vistos buenos previos para efectuar exportaciones, salvo en los casos en que los países receptores exijan certificados de autoridad competente o en los establecidos en el Decreto ley 2811 de 1974, en los artículos 46, 60, 61, 62 del Decreto 444 de 1967, en la Ley 17 de 1981 y en el Decreto 2477 de 1984.
