El Secretario notificará personalmente a los interesados las resoluciones de la Junta. En el acto de la notificación verbalmente, o dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la notificación por escrito, los interesados podrán interponer ante el Ministerio de Gobierno el recurso de apelación contra las providencias de la Junta Directiva.
