La Junta Directiva estará integrada por: a) El Ministro de obras públicas o su delegado, quien la presidirá. b) un representante de cada uno de los siguientes organismos: Instituto de Crédito Territorial. Instituto de Fomento Municipal. Instituto de Desarrollo de Recursos Naturales Renovables. Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi". c) Un delegado del Presidente de la República. d) El Alcalde de Manizales. e) Dos representantes elegidos por el Consejo Municipal de Manizales. f) El Gerente de las Empresas Públicas de Manizales, y g) Los Alcaldes de: Salamina y Aranzazu.

Parágrafo

El gerente de la Corporación asistirá a sus reuniones con voz pero sin voto.
