º . Todos los miembros del Consejo tendrán las siguientes atribuciones

Presentar proposiciones al Consejo, bien en el curso de las sesiones o bien ante el Gran Maestre, con el fin de aportar ideas sobre la política de la Orden en general, podrán presentar nombres de personas o entidades con el fin de obtener condecoraciones o promociones para personajes o entidades que a su juicio se hayan hecho acreedores a tal honor;

Emitir su concepto sobre las cuestiones sometidas a la consideración del Consejo o sobre aquellas que se les haya confiado en comisión;

Proponer reuniones extraordinarias.
