º. Distribución de la cotización entre empleadores y servidores . En concordancia con las Leyes 100 de 1993 y 797 de 2003, el valor total de la cotización establecida en el artículo 1º del presente se distribuirá entre empleadores y servidores en la siguiente forma: Si en el año 2008 tiene efecto el incremento de la cotización a que se refiere el artículo 7º de la Ley 797 de 2003, el valor total de la tasa de cotización se distribuirá en un 20,375% para el empleador y 8,125% para el servidor .
