° Los herederos de los pasajeros que con autorización del Gobierno viajaban en el barco, solamente tendrán derecho a un auxilio que no excederá de mil quinientos pesos ($ 1.500) por cada una de las personas que perecieron en la catástrofe, pero debiendo comprobar el monto de las entradas del causante por razón de su trabajo en un año.
