Artículo primero. De conformidad con el artículo 5º de la Ley 4º de 1962, los servicios del personal de que trata el artículo 1º de la misma Ley, serán calificados por sus superiores inmediatos, en cada caso, un mes antes de cumplir el empleado un año completo de servicio en el respectivo cargo. Las calificaciones serán enviadas en el mismo tiempo al Ministerio de Justicia, División de Personal, para los efectos legales consiguientes.
