Certificaciones . Las certificaciones sobre ejercicio del cargo de Gerente General así como las de los Miembros de la Junta Directiva, serán expedidas por el Ministro de Agricultura, en carácter de presidente de la Junta. Las referentes a empleados y trabajadores, así como las demás certificaciones que deban darse, las expedirá el Gerente General o el funcionario que éste designe.
