Artículo 1° El Sector de Minas y Energía de la Nación estará constituido por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía y los siguientes organismos que le están adscritos o vinculados

Establecimientos Públicos Adscritos:

a)

Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Geológico-Mineras, INGEOMINAS.

b)

Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares, IAN.

c)

Instituto Colombiano de Energía Eléctrica, ICEL.

d)

Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica, CORELCA

Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado, vinculadas:

a)

Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, ECOPETROL.

b)

Empresa Colombiana de Minas, ECOMINAS.

c)

Financiera Eléctrica Nacional S. A., FEN.

d)

Compañía Colombiana de Uranio S. A., COLURANIO

e)

Carbones de Colombia S. A., CARBOCOL.

f)

Interconexión Eléctrica S. A., ISA.
