Para los sujetos pasivos del impuesto de patrimonio, la deducción por concepto del impuesto predial pagado por el respectivo año, de que trata el artículo 48 del Decreto número 2053 de 1974, será el setenta por ciento (70%) por el año de 1983, del cuarenta por ciento (40%) para el año de 1984, del veinte por ciento (20%) por el año de 1985, y no operará a partir de 1986.
