Art. 1349. Si no hubiere de hacerse inmediatamente el pago de especies legadas, i se temiere fundadamente que se pierdan o deterioren por neglijencia de los obligados a darlas, el albacea a quien incumba hacer cumplir los legados, podrá exijirles caución.
