Para los efectos del artículo- 13 de siete Decreto, se entenderán por terrenos de bájamar .aquellos que son alternativamente ocupados y desocupados por las mareas y los con prendidos en los tugaras acantilados de la costa, por las prolongaciones de la líneas qu-3 marquen la mareas en las playas.
