Ley 24 de 1905 · Por el cual se fomenta el establecimiento de bancos Hipotecarios

En cada Departamento no podrá haber más de un Banco o Sección hipotecaria, sin permiso expreso del Gobierno, y una vez hecha una concesión no se podrá otorgar á otras entidades sino en casos muy excepcionales determinados por el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Si hubiere varias entidades que al mismo tiempo pidieren la concesión, el Gobierno la otorgará al Establecimiento que tenga mayor respetabilidad por su organización, personal y capital.
