Manejo Presupuestal y Contable . La Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES), como Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado, le son aplicables en materia presupuestal las disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto 115 de 1996 y las demás disposiciones que lo aclaren, modifiquen o adicionen y en materia contable se someterá al Régimen de Contabilidad Pública. El manejo presupuestal y contable de los recursos en administración se realizará en forma separada de los recursos propios para el funcionamiento de la ADRES.
