A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, y de conformidad con el inciso final del artículo 26 de la Constitución, la Asociación Colombiana de Radiología, y las que en el futuro se establezcan con iguales propósitos gremiales, se constituirá como un organismo, asesor, consultivo y de control del ejercicio de la práctica de la especialidad.
