Artículo primero. Fijase los cómputos líquidos del Presupuesto de Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero a 31 de diciembre de 1960, en la cantidad de un mil ochocientos noventa y un millones quinientos cincuenta y tres mil veinte pesos ($1.891.553.020.00) moneda legal, según los pormenores siguientes y descompuesta globalmente así:
