Artículo undécimo. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga las disposiciones que se le sean contrarias y produce efectos fiscales desde el 1º de Septiembre de 1968, para los empleados que están al servicio de la antigua Prefectura de Control de Cambios, en esa fecha, fueren designados para ocupar cargo en esta Planta. Publíquese, comuníquese y cúmplase.
