TARIFA ESPECIAL PARA PROFESORES EXTRANJEROS. En el caso de profesores extranjeros sin residencia en el país, contratados por períodos no superiores a cuatro (4) meses por instituciones de educación superior, aprobadas por el ICFES, únicamente se causará impuesto sobre la renta a la tarifa del siete por ciento (7%). Este impuesto será retenido en la fuente en el momento del pago o abono en cuenta.
