Los que falsificaren papel sellado o estampillas, o introdujeren dichas especies falsificadas, o contribuyeren a sabiendas a la introducción de ellas, o las expendieren, sufrirán las penas que señalan las disposiciones de las leyes penales vigentes sobre la materia.
