El ministro de Obras Publicas y Fomento procederá a celebrar con la compañía del acueducto de Bogotá los arreglos que sean necesarios o a terminar los que esta compañía tenía pendientes con la municipalidad de Bogotá, a fin de incluir los derechos de la Compañía en la nueva organización que se dará al servicio de aguas en Bogotá.
