Art. 36. Para el solo efecto de reconocer en juicio la personería jurídica de las sociedades y la representación de susadministradores, se admitiran también como prueba las copias de los extractos de las escrituras sociales expedidas por el Secretario del Juzgado en donde el extracto hibiere sido registrado.
