°. Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga los artículos 5°, 8°, 9°, 10, 11, 12 y 15 del Decreto número 1227 de deroga el Decreto número 2484 de 2003 y todas las demás disposiciones que le contrarias.
