En cumplimiento de lo ordenado por la Procuraduría General de la Nación mediante Auto del 24 de enero de 2024, aprobada en Sala Extraordinaria, según Acta número 4, dentro del Radicado E-2023-241280-/ IUC-D-2023-2962538, suspender por el término de tres (3) meses en el ejercicio del cargo de ministro de Relaciones Exteriores del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, al señor Álvaro Leyva Durán, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía número 17064362, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva del presente decreto.
