"Prohíbese a los padres, tutores y curadores, y a los funcionarios señalados en el artículo 30 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, autorizar el trabajo bajo dependencia de terceras personas y ocupar directamente en labores de cualquier índole a los menores de catorce (14) años que estén bajo su patria potestad o cuidado, y que no hayan terminado el quinto (5o) año de enseñanza primaria.
