Artículo sexto. Los sobrantes que se causen de las partidas para sueldos deberán ser reintegrados mensualmente por el Secretario-Pagador a la Tesorería General de la República. No así los sobrantes que se censen de las partidas de sostenimiento y dotación, que podrán ser invertidos por el Director del Centro para ampliación y mejoramiento de los servicios, mediante resoluciones que para su validez requieren la aprobación del Ministerio de Higiene.
