Seguimiento a la entrega de beneficios de creadores y gestores culturales. El Ministerio de Cultura determinará los lineamientos para realizar el seguimiento a la entrega de los beneficios previstos para los creadores y gestores culturales en el presente decreto, así como los lineamientos para la identificación de los creadores y gestores culturales en el territorio nacional, en un lapso inferior a seis (6) meses con posterioridad a la expedición del presente decreto.
