En caso de muerte de un Agente de la Policía que se halle separado, temporalmente, sus beneficiarios en el orden regulado en este Estatuto, tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los beneficiarios de los Agentes que fallezcan en servicio activo.
