En los concursos que se realicen para proveer los empleos que se encontraban provistos mediante nombramiento provisional a la fecha de vigencia del Decreto-ley 780 de 2005, la prueba de análisis de antecedentes será obligatoria y se valorará en igualdad de condiciones para todos los participantes, de conformidad con el instrumento que para el efecto expida la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil.
