Representación de la Nación. Cuando la Nación sea acreedora de una entidad territorial o del nivel territorial, objeto de un acuerdo de reestructuración, dichas acreencias estarán representadas por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público a través de la Dirección General de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional, salvo el caso de las acreencias relativas a impuestos nacionales, evento en el cual la representación la tendrá a través de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
