Reglas de preferencias. Además de los criterios señalados en las disposiciones legales vigentes, deberán tenerse en cuenta en todos los casos de selección de contratistas, proveedores o consultores, las siguientes reglas: En igualdad de condiciones se preferirá a los profesionales matriculadas de la correspondiente actividad que se contrate, a los proveedores residentes en la Intendencia, Comisaría o Municipio donde se celebre el contrato, y se distribuirán equitativamente los negocios.
