Articulo 1.° Trasládase en el Presupuesto Nacional de gastos del año económico de 1916, del Ministerio de Guerra, capítulo 41, Zapadores y Policía de fronteras, personal y material, artículo 314, la suma de diez y ocho mil setecientos cincuenta y ocho pesos trece centavos ($ 18,758-13), a la siguiente imputación: MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO. Capítulo 11. Policía y Gendarmería Nacionales-Personal y material. Artículo 21. Para atender a los gastos que la Policía Nacional demande, en el año, así:
