De conformidad con el numeral 16 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, apruébase el contrato celebrado entre el señor Presidente de la República y su Ministro de Educación Nacional en representación del Gobierno Nacional y la Fundación "Colegio Mayor de San Bartolomé" de fecha dos de abril de mil novecientos setenta y tres (1973) y su otrosí del dos de agosto del mismo año.
