ARTICULO 92. La reincidencia en las faltas contempladas en los artículos 88, 89, 90 y 91 del presente Decreto dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la fecha de ejecutoria de la providencia que imponga la sanción, dará lugar a duplicar la multa. CAPITULO III Sanciones a los prestatarios del servicio de transporte turístico por infracciones al Estatuto Nacional de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor de Pasajeros por Carretera.
