Una vez declarado el Parque Nacional Temático Jardín de la Vida como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación en los términos del artículo 4° de la Ley 397 de 1997, modificado por el artículo 1° de la Ley 1185 de 2008, el Ministerio de Cultura, concurrirá para su protección, conservación arquitectónica y divulgación de dicho patrimonio.
