ARTICULO 24 . Los jefes de departamentos, profesores, instructores y consejeros de los Inem e ITA que a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, venían recibiendo la prima académica de que trata el artículo 10 del Decreto-ley 308 de 1983, continuarán percibiéndola en cuantía de quinientos pesos ($500.00) moneda corriente mensuales.
