Cuando quiera que la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud tenga conocimiento de posibles hechos violatorios de las normas sobre Etica Médica, informará a los Tribunales competentes de esta materia para que procedan a la iniciación de los procesos disciplinarios ético-profesionales a que haya lugar.
