ADMINISTRACION DE RECURSOS. El que fuera de los casos de complicidad administre dinero o bienes relacionados con terroristas, incurrirá en prisión de diez (10) a veinte (20) años y multa de cincuenta (50) a cien (100) salarios mínimos mensuales.
