Artículo primero. Las disposiciones del artículo 1° de la Ley 7ª de 1943 se adicionan así: Igualmente no podrá ser materia de indebidas especulaciones el precio de las matrículas y pensiones de los establecimientos de enseñanza privada, tanto primaria como secundaria y universitaria.
