Artículo primero. El personal que ingrese a la Escuela Superior de Orientación Rural Femenina que funciona actualmente y a las similares que se organicen con posterioridad en el país, estará compuesto por normalistas graduadas, superiores y rurales, con dos años de práctica en el ejercicio docente y una edad entre los diez y ocho (18) y treinta (30) años.
