Las autoridades municipales deberán reglamentar el crecimiento de las zonas industriales donde se encuentren instaladas o se instalen plantas de abastecimiento, en concordancia con el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, para que estas plantas no representen en el futuro peligro o riesgo potencial para la seguridad ciudadana.
