Las sociedades cooperativas que además de servir a sus asociados hagan extensivos sus servicios al público, deberán dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la regla 9ª del Artículo 32 de esta Ley, haciéndolo copartícipe en los beneficios repartibles, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en la segunda parte de la misma regla y en el Artículo 49.
