El recaudo de la contribución de valorización estará a cargo del Tesorero General de la Corporación. Sin embargo, la Corporación podrá celebrar convenios administrativos con el Distrito especial de Bogotá y los Municipios del área de su jurisdicción para el recaudo de dicho gravamen además podrán autorizar a entidades bancarias oficiales o privadas para recibir estos pagos.
