El monto de los gastos que se financiarán con los recursos que se someten a consideración del Congreso de la República en virtud del proyecto de ley de financiamiento que se presentará al Congreso en los términos del artículo 347 de la Constitución Política, ascienden a la suma de Un billón cuatrocientos ochenta y seis mil millones de pesos moneda legal ($1.486.000.000.000), con lo cual el presupuesto total de apropiaciones se fija en un valor de Noventa y tres billones sesenta y ocho mil trescientos setenta y tres millones cuatrocientos sesenta mil ochocientos noventa y un pesos moneda legal ($93.068.373.460.891).
